KeyResponsibilities Perform boundary surveys and title reports research Conduct topographic surveys and field data collection Prepare survey plats, maps, and legal descriptions Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients Ensure compliance with California survey standards Perform construction staking and layout Required Qualifications Current California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)license No minimum experience required - Entry level welcome!
