Leading the daily operations of a federated enterprise data governance program, the full-time Manager of Data Governance will drive adoption, education, and consistent execution of data governance practices while working remotely from approved states. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the data governance program, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and institutional priorities Facilitate discussions and decision-making within data governance structures, including the Data Governance Council and stewardship working groups Collaborate with legal, privacy, and technical teams to develop and implement data governance policies and standards Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related disciplines; 3+ years in leadership or program management Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field Experience implementing data governance frameworks across multiple business domains Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Familiarity with data governance tools and enterprise data quality frameworks
